Graduated from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation with a degree in accounting, analysis and audit. In parallel she received a degree in foreign languages at the Tsiolkovsky Kaluga Humanitarian University. Started her career as a call-center operator in VimpelCom,
LTD then moved to the Contact Territory, LLC. Later was promoted to the position of senior customer support specialist. She also gained experience in the restaurant industry as a waiter and an administrator. In 2017 started working in the SK Royal hotels as a front desk agent at the Park Hotel Kaluga, a year later joined the SK Hotel management company as a quality assessment manager.
Currently works as a training manager.
