SK Hotel Management (SK Hotel Management, LLC) is a business unit of Tashir Group of companies acting as a full cycle management company.
The company manages ski resort “Kwan” (Kaluga) and five hotel facilities, three of which represent the business hotel chain SK ROYAL. The hotels are located in Moscow, Kaluga and Tula, the cities with the high tourism concentration in Russia. All hotels have been classified as 4- and 5-star properties.
SK Hotel Management (SK Hotel Management, LLC) specializes in efficient management of hotel properties including implementation of a number of activities to bring the hotel in accordance with international standards, which in turn allows the hotel owner not only to focus on his core business but also to earn a stable income from investing in the hotel.
The activities of the management company are fully transparent. All the management accounts are maintained in USALI (Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry), a unified financial reporting standard in hospitality industry adopted in the world’s leading hotel chains.

Graduated from the International Independent Ecological-Political University with a degree in global economics and international relations. Subsequently received a second degree in translation studies. In 2005 he started his career in hospitality industry at the Moscow Marriott Tverskaya Hotel.
Over 6 years he went from the bellboy position to the deputy front office manager. Participated in the opening of the first Hilton hotel in Russia and later in the opening of the Russia’s first luxury hotel Lotte Hotel Moscow. In 2011 he joined the Sochi 2014 Olympic and Paralympic Games Organizing Committee, where he was responsible for accommodation and guest services in the Olympic and Paralympic villages.
In the fall of 2014 he became a part of the SK Hotel Management team as the General manager of SK Royal Tula 5*, then continued as the General manager of SK Royal Hotel Moscow 4*. He currently works as general manager in the SK Hotel Management Company.

Graduated from Moscow State University of Civil Engineering & Construction in 1994, with a degree Civil Engineer, until 2015, Alexander took part in construction and commissioning of many industrial facilities in Kaluga and Moscow regions such as: Kaluga Brewing Company, Samsung Electronics Rus Kaluga, Volvo Vostok, BASF Vostok. Starting from 2015, Alexander began his career in hospitality industry in «Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide» hotel chain with the opening of Four Points by Sheraton hotel in Kaluga and then in Marriott international and Azimut hotel chains as a Chief Engineer. In the autumn of 2022, Alexander joined the SK Hotel Management team as Technical Director

Graduated from the faculty of management of the Moscow Humanitarian Economic University. The first sales experience gained at the Mobile TeleSystems as a leading sales manager. In 2011 started as a sales manager at the Ambassador Hotel Kaluga where he developed his interest in the hotel industry. In July 2012 he joined the SK Hotel Management team as a sales manager in one the SK Royal hotels and afterwards obtained the position of sales director in the SK Hotel Management Company.
Graduated from the Russian State Academy of Tourism and Service with a degree in Organization Management in 2013. In 2007, started his career in the hotel business from the position of Runner at Renaissance Moscow Olympic Hotel. Then there was the experience of pre-opening in Lotte Moscow Hotel and Radisson BLU Belorusskaya hotels in various positions at the Front office. In 2013, was invited to the next pre-opening in the sales department of the Sheraton Sheremetyevo hotel for the position of event manager, and in 2015 was invited to Radisson BLU Sheremetyevo for the position Cluster Senior Sales manager. In 2016, was a consultant for the opening of a private Fortis hotel in Moscow, where later took position of Operations Director. In March 2021, joined the team of the hotel management company SK Hotels Management as Operation director.
Despite having a science degree in chemical sciences (PhD), has over 10-years' experience in marketing. She was the head of the advertising department at the international tour operator TUI. Also headed the marketing departments of tour operating companies Southern Cross, Zeus Travel. In 2014 she joined the SK Hotel Management team as a marketing director.
Graduated from the Uglich engineering college with a degree in machine maintenance then received his higher education in the specialty management. For the past 9 years has been working as an IT manager in the hotels under Russian and international brands. In 2016 he joined the SK Hotel Management team as a head of IT department. His main fields of professional interest include automation and management of hotel IT infrastructure.
Graduated from St. Petersburg State University with a degree in Technology for organizing tourism activities. She began her career by organizing and conducting international events in St. Petersburg (St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, St. Petersburg International Legal Forum, etc.). In 2014, she started her career in the hotel business as a breakfast waiter at Solo Sokos Hotel Vasilievsky 4*. In March 2016 she joined SK Hotels Management team, held the following positions within the company: Manager of Historic Hotel Kaluga 3*, Front Office manager SK Royal Tula 5*. Since 2021 holds the position of Director of Service Evaluation and Standardization. SK Royal.
Currently works as a director of quality assurance and standardization procedures where she effectively applies her previous practical experience in the quality level assessment.
Graduated from the D.A. Mendeleev Russian University of Chemical Technology.
In 2007 he started his career in the restaurant business from the position of banquet service manager in the catering company "Banquet-Hall".
In 2011 he became the head of the banquet service of the catering company "Banquet-Hall", where he implemented events of any complexity and number.
In 2015, he moved to the Loft Hall company, where he was engaged in organizing all events, managing the banquet service and held the position of executive director.
In 2019, he took the position of head of the restaurant service of the SK Royal Hotel Moscow.
Since October 2022, he joined the SK Hotels Management team as the director of the restaurant business..
Currently works as a director of quality assurance and standardization procedures where she effectively applies her previous practical experience in the quality level assessment.
Graduated from Kaluga State University with a degree in phycology, and subsequently received her second higher education in financial management. In 2016 joined the SK Hotel Management team as an assistant manager. Currently works as a head of the analytical department in the SK Hotel Management Company.
Graduated from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation with a degree in accounting, analysis and audit. In parallel she received a degree in foreign languages at the Tsiolkovsky Kaluga Humanitarian University. Started her career as a call-center operator in VimpelCom, LTD then moved to the Contact Territory, LLC. Later was promoted to the position of senior customer support specialist. She also gained experience in the restaurant industry as a waiter and an administrator. In 2017 started working in the SK Royal hotels as a front desk agent at the Park Hotel Kaluga, a year later joined the SK Hotel management company as a quality assessment manager. Currently works as a training manager.
Graduated from the Belgorod State Institute of Culture with a degree in manager of socio-cultural activities, defended a diploma in tourism. Since 2007, she began her career as a tourism manager. Since 2011, she began her hotel career in the Amaks hotel chain from the position of administrator to the head of marketing and sales department. In 2017, she moved to the Aurora 5* Hotel to the position of deputy commercial director and became commercial director in less than a year. The White Hill Hotel 4* underwent a complete renovation and rebranding. She completed advanced training at the Federal Agency for Tourism. Attended trainings on sales and service: A. Volov, A. Belyakova, T. Vinogradova, E. Goryansky, M. Batyrev, V. Yakuba, I. Mann, A. Fridman, E. Kolotilova, E. Ukolova, etc. Since April 2022, he has held the position of Sales Director of the Management Company.
Graduated from the Volga Region University of Sports and Tourism, Kazan city.
In 2008 she started her career in the hotel business from the position of gym receptionist at Carnival Cruise Lines, USA. In 2011 she has hospitality internship experience at Wyndham International Group China / Shanghai - Hon Kong.
In September 2012 she joined Jumeirah Group Al Qasr Hotel, UAE, Dubai. Held the position within the company Assistant Front Office Manager/ Guest Service Executive Manager
In 2017 was invited to the Alean Family Doville 5*, for the position of Guest relation manager, Service and quality manager.
In November 2022, joined the team of the hotel management company SK Hotels Management and Tahir Estate as Director West Tower Apartments
