SK Hotel Management (SK Hotel Management, LLC) is a business unit of Tashir Group of companies acting as a full cycle management company.
The company manages ski resort “Kwan” (Kaluga) and five hotel facilities, three of which represent the business hotel chain SK ROYAL. The hotels are located in Moscow, Kaluga and Tula, the cities with the high tourism concentration in Russia. All hotels have been classified as 4- and 5-star properties.
SK Hotel Management (SK Hotel Management, LLC) specializes in efficient management of hotel properties including implementation of a number of activities to bring the hotel in accordance with international standards, which in turn allows the hotel owner not only to focus on his core business but also to earn a stable income from investing in the hotel.
The activities of the management company are fully transparent. All the management accounts are maintained in USALI (Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry), a unified financial reporting standard in hospitality industry adopted in the world’s leading hotel chains.
Managing Partner
General director
Graduated from the International Independent Ecological and Political Science University with a degree in World Economy and International Relations. Subsequently, he received a second higher education in the specialty “Linguist-translator”. In 2005, he began his career in the hospitality industry at the Moscow Marriott Tverskaya hotel. Over the course of 6 years, he worked his way up from receptionist to deputy head of the reception and accommodation service. He took part in the opening of the first Hilton brand hotel in Russia. Worked at the opening of the first luxury hotel in Russia, Lotte Hotel Moscow. In 2011, he went to work for the Sochi 2014 Organizing Committee, where he was responsible for accommodation and guest services in the Olympic and Paralympic villages. In the fall of 2014, he joined the SK Hotel Management team as General Director of SK Royal Tula 5*, then became General Director of SK Royal Hotel Moscow 4*. Currently he is the General Director of the Management Company.
Head of Sales Department
Graduated from the faculty of management of the Moscow Humanitarian Economic University. The first sales experience gained at the Mobile TeleSystems as a leading sales manager. In 2011 started as a sales manager at the Ambassador Hotel Kaluga where he developed his interest in the hotel industry. In July 2012 he joined the SK Hotel Management team as a sales manager in one the SK Royal hotels and afterwards obtained the position of sales director in the SK Hotel Management Company.
Director of Operations
Graduated from the Russian State Academy of Tourism and Service with a degree in Organization Management in 2013. In 2007, started his career in the hotel business from the position of Runner at Renaissance Moscow Olympic Hotel. Then there was the experience of pre-opening in Lotte Moscow Hotel and Radisson BLU Belorusskaya hotels in various positions at the Front office. In 2013, was invited to the next pre-opening in the sales department of the Sheraton Sheremetyevo hotel for the position of event manager, and in 2015 was invited to Radisson BLU Sheremetyevo for the position Cluster Senior Sales manager. In 2016, was a consultant for the opening of a private Fortis hotel in Moscow, where later took position of Operations Director. In March 2021, joined the team of the hotel management company SK Hotels Management as Operation director.
Director of Marketing and Advertising
Despite having a science degree in chemical sciences (PhD), has over 10-years' experience in marketing. She was the head of the advertising department at the international tour operator TUI. Also headed the marketing departments of tour operating companies Southern Cross, Zeus Travel. In 2014 she joined the SK Hotel Management team as a marketing director.
IT Director
Graduated from the Uglich engineering college with a degree in machine maintenance then received his higher education in the specialty management. For the past 9 years has been working as an IT manager in the hotels under Russian and international brands. In 2016 he joined the SK Hotel Management team as a head of IT department. His main fields of professional interest include automation and management of hotel IT infrastructure.
Training Manager

Показав высокие результаты оценки сервиса и уровня продаж, получила должность старшего специалиста по поддержке клиентов, занималась обучением и адаптацией новых сотрудников, а также оценкой качества обслуживания. В 2014 году продолжила работу в сфере продаж в компании ОАО «Сбербанк России» в должности специалиста по банковским продуктам. В 2017 году присоединилась к команде SK Hotel Management в должности администратора службы приема и размещения Park Hotel Kaluga, а 2018 году получила должность менеджера отдела оценки сервиса SK Hotel Management. С 2018 года принимала участие в выездных оценках гостиниц и иных средств размещения в группе экспертов. С 2019 года занимает позицию тренинг-менеджера SK Hotel Management. Повышение квалификации: В 2021 году прошла курсы повышения квалификации РГУТИС и получила удостоверение Эксперта по классификации гостиниц и иных средств размещения. Graduated from the Belgorod State Institute of Culture with a degree in manager of socio-cultural activities, defended a diploma in tourism. Since 2007, she began her career as a tourism manager. Since 2011, she began her hotel career in the Amaks hotel chain from the position of administrator to the head of marketing and sales department. In 2017, she moved to the Aurora 5* Hotel to the position of deputy commercial director and became commercial director in less than a year. Graduated from the Volga Region University of Sports and Tourism, Kazan city. In 2008 she started her career in the hotel business from the position of gym receptionist at Carnival Cruise Lines, USA. In 2011 she has hospitality internship experience at Wyndham International Group China / Shanghai - Hon Kong. In September 2012 she joined Jumeirah Group Al Qasr Hotel, UAE, Dubai. F&B Director

Wellness&Lifestyle Project Manager
Graduated from Kaluga State University named after K. E. Tsiolkovsky with a degree in Social and Cultural Service and Tourism. Since 2012, she began the career in the company as an assistant sales manager. A few years later, she assumed the duties of a leading manager of the service department, where she took part in the unification of hotels into the SK Royal Hotels brand, in the opening of the hotel "from scratch", participated in the development of a system for evaluating the service of hotel facilities under the management of SK Hotel Management, engaged in recruitment and training of staff. He is an expert in service and hospitality.
Since 2017, she has become the General Manager of the SK Royal Kaluga Hotel. She was engaged in organizing the placement of the Senegalese national team during the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
Currently, she is the head of the Wellness&Lifestyle project.
